Meet Janeen Leite

Founder, CEO

Hello there! I’m Janeen Leite, a wealth management recruiter known for my amiable, engaging, and welcoming demeanor. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, I’ve embraced life’s adventures across the scenic states of Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, and Oregon. I have two wonderful adult children who have blessed me with three beautiful granddaughters. In 2023, I started a new life journey with my fun, loving, and supportive husband. Shortly after our marriage, we decided to sell my Arizona home and relocate to the stunning Ozark mountains of Arkansas. We invested in a 10-acres of land near my mother and other family members. Our shared dream is to break ground on our forever home this upcoming fall, 2024, nestled atop a secluded hill, surrounded by the peaceful embrace of privacy.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in education specializing in instructional design and gaining over two decades of experience in special education, I have had the privilege of making a positive difference in students’ lives across various age groups. In 2011, I transitioned from the traditional classroom setting and enrolled my children in a virtual school called Arizona Virtual Academy & Insight Academy of Arizona. Upon becoming familiar with the online platform, I was hired to work at their local diverse hybrid classroom at the YMCA, where I had the privilege of supporting students from 4th to 12th grade while also being able to oversee my own children’s education. Once my children graduated high school, I recognized my natural talent for building connections, which led me to pursue a career in recruiting. Now, I’m immersed in wealth management and other recruiting industries, passionately uniting people with opportunities that perfectly align with their aspirations. My direct interactions with candidates and clients have honed my ability to curate unparalleled recruitment experiences. My philosophy is rooted in the harmony of matches, ensuring a seamless and delightful journey for all involved, and my enthusiasm for this profession is genuine.
